Matters needing attention in maintenance and installation
1. The valves should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse as a whole. No stacking or open storage is allowed. The valves should be blocked at both ends of the diameter.
2. Carefully check the valve before installation and remove the damage caused by the internal transportation and storage of the valve.
3, before installation, attention should be paid to whether the screws of each part are balanced, and whether the movements are flexible.
4, valves should be installed in areas where there is no severe vibration and impact, and the site where the valve is not damaged.
5. When the discharge is blocked, you can use metal rods or hard tools to dredge, pay attention to the use of metal rods or hard tools do not damage the disc and seal ring contact surface.
6, try to avoid alternate use of acid-base medium (except neutralizing reaction medium), so as not to shorten the life span.
7. According to the medium performance and service life, the top of the valve body should be checked regularly for the Teflon sealing ring and the Teflon sheet at the orifice plate. If damage is found, it should be replaced in time.
8. If the valve face is found to be damaged, it should be stopped immediately. It can be repaired with special materials or commissioned by the relevant production unit.
